We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original condition. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
If a returned item is received in damaged condition, the buyer will be responsible for the damage, and deductions or refusal of refund may apply depending on the extent of the damage.
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, we offer either a replacement or full refund, subject to verification. Customers must notify us promptly and provide clear photographic evidence to initiate the process.

For custom thangka commissions, an advance payment of 30% to 40% is required depending on the size and complexity of the artwork. The remaining balance must be cleared before dispatch.
